How it integrates
Open APIs
The platform exposes and consumes APIs for catalog, price, credit, inventory and order, so the channels consult the same governed truth, with no divergence between portal and rep.
Webhooks and events
When price, credit or order status changes in the ERP, the platform reacts via webhook in real time. The delinquent and blocked tags, for example, come from the ERP instantly.
AI Agents via MCP
The AI Agents consult the rules engine via MCP (Model Context Protocol), under the same rules as the human seller. They interpret intent, they never invent a rule.
The ERP stays the vault
Commercial governance runs in a parallel, auditable layer: the ERP is the system of record, CWS Platform is the digital negotiation table on top. Do I have to rewrite my ERP to integrate?
No. It's a commercial-orchestration layer over the ERP, integrated through open APIs and webhooks. The ERP remains the system of record, the data vault; CWS Platform is the commercial manager that governs the negotiation. No ERP re-engineering to go live.
Which ERPs and systems integrate?
Publicly associated integrations include SAP (S/4HANA Cloud, HANA Cloud, BW/4HANA), TOTVS, Senior, Sankhya and Microsoft Dynamics, through APIs and webhooks. Any other ERP integrates through open APIs. The governance layer comes in alongside what already exists, without replacing it.
How do the AI Agents access the platform?
The AI Agents consume the deterministic Core via MCP (Model Context Protocol), under exactly the same rules as a human seller. They orchestrate and consult the rules engine, they never invent a business rule.
Is there technical documentation for developers?
Yes, and it is public. The API reference is in the developer area of this site, at /en/developers/, with every endpoint, the webhooks and an ERP integration use case. The sandbox environment and the credentials are requested from API support.
What is B2B integration?
It is the exchange of data between systems so that orders, prices, inventory, credit and invoices move without re-keying, between companies or between the ERP and the sales channel. On CWS Platform, the ERP integration runs on open APIs and webhooks: your system sends inventory, prices, customers, credit limits and contracts, and receives orders by webhook or by polling, without rewriting the ERP.
B2B platform or ERP customization?
Customizing the ERP puts every new commercial rule inside the system that holds tax, accounting and inventory, and every change becomes a project. With CWS Platform, the ERP stays the system of record, the commercial policy is configured in the Commerce Rules Engine (CDL Workspace) and the API exchanges data between the two, without touching the ERP core.
