Description

Lists the open quote requests for your store — quotation requests that customers made for products you sell and that have not been answered yet. Each item carries the product, the requested quantity and the customer's market, which is what you need to price it.

Query parameters

Parameter Type Required Description
limit integer No Quotes per page. Default 5, cap 50 — a value above that is reduced to 50, with no error.
offset integer No Starting quote of the page. Default 0.
customerType string No Filters by customer type: PF or PJ. If omitted, returns both.

Business rules

With no pending quotes, the response is 422

When there is nothing to answer, the response is 422 with the message Não existem orçamentos pendentes. It is also what you receive when the offset goes past the last quote.

Field Type Description
id integer Quote id. It is what you use to answer or reject.
active boolean Whether the quote is active.
quantity integer Quantity the customer requested.
dateCreated string Request date and time, in UTC.
product.name string Product name at CWS.
product.manufacturer string Manufacturer name.
product.mfrPartCode string Product code at the manufacturer.
product.composition string UNITARY, PAIR, KIT, WARRANTY or SET.
product.imageSet.baseUrl string Root of the product images.
product.imageSet.availableSizes array Available sizes: pp, p, m, g, gg, full.
product.imageSet.paths array Image paths. Build the URL with baseUrl + size + path.
customer.city · customer.state string Customer city and state — it is the market that defines freight and ICMS in your quote.
customer.type string PF or PJ.
formNotification.formNotificationId integer Id of the request that originated the quote.
formNotification.formNotificationCustomAttributes array Extra fields the customer filled in on the form: name, description and value. Comes as [] when there are none.

Errors

Code When
422 No pending quote (Não existem orçamentos pendentes.), or customerType outside PF/PJ.
401 Token missing, malformed or expired.
