Description
Rejects a pending quote: tells CWS that you will not quote that product. The quote leaves your pending list and the customer does not receive an offer from you.

Business rules
Rejection cannot be undone
There is no endpoint to reverse it: a rejected quote does not return to the pending list and can no longer be answered. If there is a chance you will quote, leave it pending instead of rejecting.
Response · 204
204 No Content, no body. Do not expect a JSON confirmation: the 204 is the confirmation.
