B2B Commerce Platform for Governed Negotiation

Your revenue grows. Your margin disappears.

CWS Platform is where your customer buys and your rep negotiates: price, credit, stock, freight and mix decided by your rules, on top of the ERP you already run.

Company founded in 2012; platform in production since 2013.

Integrates with SAPTOTVSSeniorSankhya

What the platform does

Three things, on top of what you already run.

01

Your customer buys on their own

Catalog with the right fit, price and availability on one screen. An order of hundreds of items comes out with tax, freight and credit resolved, without the manual back and forth.

02

Your rep negotiates on rails

Price, credit, delivery, mix and terms are five negotiable dimensions under one rule. What passes straight through and what escalates for approval is your call, and every discount stays auditable.

03

AI acts inside your limits

The AI Agents assemble the opportunity and orchestrate rules that already live in code. They consume rules, they do not invent them. If the AI goes down, the negotiation keeps running.

Your ERP stays where it is. CWS Platform is an orchestration layer on top of SAP, TOTVS, Senior or Sankhya, not a project to replace them.

Where the decision lives

Rules become code before they become prompts.

The deterministic Core, the Commerce Rules Engine, executes the rule at zero inference cost. The AI Agents read intent and orchestrate that Core via MCP.

If the AI goes down, the negotiation keeps running. And the AI consumes rules, it does not invent them.

Digitize the decision, not just the channel

Five negotiable dimensions, under the same rules.

Fixed-price platforms cover one dimension. The ERP covers none in real time. Across all of them, what clears on its own and what goes up for confirmation is decided by the Approval Workflows.

Discount of 8% above the 5% threshold. Reason code required.

Audit trail

Reason Code 112 · recurring purchase. Automatic coupon voided by the manual discount.

Conceptual representation of the cart as a negotiation desk. Illustrative values; not a screenshot and not customer data.

Where the cost drops

Five costs the order pays without showing up.

Search
Catalogue with the right fitment, price and availability visible on one screen.
Negotiation
Quote, cart, terms and reorder without the manual back and forth.
Coordination
Stock across sites, routing by region and freight settled inside the order.
Credit
Pre-approved limit and remote payment, without stopping the sale, in the Credit-First B2B Checkout.
Trust
History and audit trail cut perceived risk and rework.

Every cost you cut comes back as margin, speed and repeat business.

Governance by infrastructure, not by prompt

The AI acts within rails you define.

Each agent action falls into one of three zones.

Green

the agent acts on its own (reversible action, low risk).

applied

3% discount, within the 5% threshold.

The order moves to checkout with no intervention.

Amber

the agent proposes, a human confirms in one click.

pending

8% discount, above the 5% threshold.

It waits in the manager's queue, with a mandatory reason code.

Red

the agent never acts. It informs and escalates to a human.

blocked

15% discount, above the 10% ceiling.

The interface stops it: the order is never even created.

The question isn't how much it costs to digitize.

It's how much it costs to keep paying the invisible tax while the market moves.
