Concept

The 5 dimensions of the negotiation

In a B2B order, far more than price is at stake. CWS Platform makes five dimensions negotiable at once, in the same order, all governed by the Commerce Rules Engine (CDL Workspace). Each dimension has a module that executes it, under the same rule for the human seller and for the AI Agents.

CWS Platform B2B order summary with a coupon applied, the order split into two deliveries from different stores each with its own calculated freight, and the summary adding up per-store subtotals, coupon discount and grand total.

Price, delivery and quantity move within one order

A coupon applied, the order split into two deliveries with shipping calculated per store, and the summary adding up the subtotals, the discount and the grand total.

  • Price moves by ruleThe coupon applies to eligible products and the discount shows up inside the summary, not as a promise in the footer.
  • Delivery is negotiableThe order splits across two stores and each brings its own freight, instead of one lump sum at the end.
  • Quantity changes the effectThree items in one delivery and one in the other produce different subtotals that land in the same grand total.

The dimensions of a negotiation are not separate tabs — here the coupon, the freight of each distribution centre and the quantity of each delivery all enter the same calculation and produce a single total. Payment is the next step of this very screen, and composition lives in the catalogue, where kits and pairs are traced part by part.

01

Price

Contextual Pricing (Pricing Engine)

Approvals and rails that protect margin: Approval Workflows, Pre-Submission Guardrails, Discount Stacking Prevention and Reason Codes. Every cent of discount is traceable.

02

Delivery and freight

Shipping & Fulfillment (Logistics Engine)

Freight Negotiation Thresholds, automatic split by distribution center, CIF and FOB. Freight enters the negotiation, it isn't left out of it.

03

Payment

Credit-First B2B Checkout (Checkout & Payments)

4-Point Checkout Validation and credit as a native means of payment (Net Terms), with blocking tags when the rule calls for it. Credit becomes an instrument of negotiation, not a separate app.

04

Quantity

Assisted Selling Platform (Sales Hub)

The impact of each volume is recalculated in real time in the Real-Time Shared Cart, so seller and buyer see the same truth.

05

Composition

Product Catalog & MDM (Catalog Engine)

UNITARY, PAIR, KIT and SET, with traceability of every component. Packaging and grouping are negotiable too, without losing control of what was sold.
