How it integrates
Open APIs
The platform exposes and consumes APIs for catalog, price, credit, inventory and order, so the channels consult the same governed truth, with no divergence between portal and rep.
Webhooks and events
When price, credit or order status changes in the ERP, the platform reacts via webhook in real time. The delinquent and blocked tags, for example, come from the ERP instantly.
AI Agents via MCP
The AI Agents consult the rules engine via MCP (Model Context Protocol), under the same rules as the human seller. They interpret intent, they never invent a rule.
The ERP stays the vault
Commercial governance runs in a parallel, auditable layer: the ERP is the system of record, CWS Platform is the digital negotiation table on top. Do I have to rewrite my ERP to integrate?

How do the AI Agents access the platform?

Is there technical documentation for developers?
